Hunting tourism is one of the most expensive types of tourism, sports and outdoor activities, it is very peculiar, it provides not only the stay of tourists in attractive places for them, but also provides them with the opportunity to engage in an unusual activity, that is, hunting.
The word “hunting” usually refers to the process of tracking down, searching for and obtaining wild animals or birds in a state of natural freedom. Undoubtedly, the ultimate goal of hunting is the extraction of game and obtaining hunting products.
Hunting is carried out in the Pamir Mountains (Tajikistan) at an altitude of 4000 to 4800 meters. Alpine conditions are characterized by rarefied air and temperatures from +20 to -20 degrees Celsius, depending on the season. They mainly hunt the Central Asian goat, Marco Polo argali, wolf, Bukhara Markhor and etc.
